An Ashram is that holy place where every particle exudes divinity; where, in the sublime environment, nature too comes alive to reinforce the silent but ever-felt, pulsating presence of the Guru. It is little wonder then, that a seeker experiences a wave of purification the moment he sets foot in an Ashram. It is a tested fact, that the time spent in an Ashram brings peace and solace to one's body, mind and soul and one leaves the Ashram, as if a new, rejuvenated person altogether.
One such sanctified and vibrant Ashram is the Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur. Spread over a sprawling 223 acres of land, it is located on the outskirts of the town of Dharampur, on the hillock of Mohangadh. In the progressive development of the Ashram area, presently only land enough to accommodate about 1000 aspirants has been developed.
