International Headquarters
Shrimad Rajchandra Ashram, Dharampur is the international Headquarters of the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur. It is a sanctified and vibrant Ashram spread over a sprawling 223 acres of land, located on the outskirts of the town of Dharampur, on the hillock of Mohangadh, where every particle exudes divinity, where in the sublime environment one cannot but help experience exhilaration and elevation, bringing peace and solace to oneself.
Inaugurated on the auspicious day of Mahavira Jayanti on 6th April 2001, at present a small portion of the land has been developed, where about 1000 aspirants can be accommodated. The Ashram is adorned with a Jinmandir, Gurumandir, Pujyashri Gurudev's residence, Swadhyay Hall, Yajnasthal, Atmarpit Nivas, Administrative Block, Amphitheatre, Mini Auditorium, Conference Room, Health Care Centre, Fitness Centre etc. It is equipped with accommodation facilities like Sant Nivas, Rooms for Dignitaries, Sadhak Nivas, Sadhana Kutirs, Swiss Tents, Cells, Dormitory as well as dining facilities like Prasadgruh, Dining tent and kitchen with the capacity to prepare food for 2000 people. Gardens like the Raj Upvan, Arhat Garden and Vrindavan Garden add to the beauty and grandeur of the Ashram.
Various spiritual activities like satsang, bhakti, Meditation etc. are carried out at the Ashram every day both individually and collectively. Moreover a large number of devotees participate in the programmes like satsang shibirs comprising of Pujyashri Gurudev's soul stirring Discourses, meditation retreats called sadhana bhattis, grand mahotsav, Shibir by Swadhyaykars and other special shibirs organised on a regular basis.
Various publications and recordings of the Mission are available on sale everyday at the Divine Shop from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. During the same time books, MP3s, and VCDs can be borrowed from the library.
