- The retreat begins on Saturday, 18th Feb '12 (in the evening, with dinner) and ends on Monday, 20th Feb ‘12 (after lunch).
- This is a residential retreat. All activities - pravachans, celebrations, lodging and boarding are in the same premises. For your convenience, it is highly recommended that you reside in the hotel during the entire retreat to take maximum benefit. However, staying in the hotel is not mandatory.
- Children under 10 years will not be allowed in the hall during pravachans and they must be supervised at all times.
- We kindly request you to keep your mobile phones & pagers switched off during the pravachans.

- Retreat Charges includes various expenses incurred like audio-video equipments rentals, satsang hall setup etc. along with a subsidised charge of meals. The remaining cost for the meals will be covered by the laabh of swamivatsalya.
- Even if you are attending pravachans only, it is essential to register
- No Registration charges for children below 5 years of age. However, it is essential to register them.
- No personal audio & video recordings will be permitted. All events will be professionally recorded and will be available at the sales counter. Other previously recorded audio, video and printed material will also be available.
Registration Guidelines:
- Registration is on 'first come, first serve' basis and will be closed once the capacity is full. To ensure your spot in the retreat, we urge you to register early.
- Overnight accommodations are not included in these charges. If you are planning to stay in the hotel, please refer to the “Accommodation Information”.
- All participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements. Registration for the retreat does not include or guarantee hotel room(s).
- It will be the parents' responsibility to ensure that the children do not cause disturbance to others.
- All payments for online registration must be done by a major credit card.
- Your registration will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of your registration, cancellation or modification (if any) please send an email to: toronto.registration@shrimadrajchandramission.org .
- Onsite registration will begin on Saturday, 18th February ’12 at 1:00 p.m. and will go on until 4:00 p.m. Registration will remain open for 30 minutes before every pravachan.
- The Management will take utmost care of all participants. However, the management is not responsible for any injury/loss or damage to any individuals or their property during the retreat.

- Retreat registration charges do not cover all expenses. Sponsorships help bridge the deficits. Surpluses, if any, are utilised to promote the Mission's spiritual and humanitarian activities in Toronto.
- Food charges for retreat are subsidised. Swamivatsalya sponsorship helps to bridge this deficit.
- All sponsorship may be made in CAD (Canadian Dollar) or US Dollars by cheque.

Transportation from Airport:
Take Hwy 427 South to Hwy 401 East and make sure you are in the collector lanes. Take the 404/Don Valley Parkway North. The exit splits once for South and again for the 404 North collectors and the express (make sure you are in the right lane). Exit Sheppard Avenue. Go straight through the first set of lights; the street becomes Yorkland Boulevard.
Days Hotel & Conference Centre – Toronto Don Valley is located at 185 Yorkland Boulevard approximately 1 km from the exit.
