The Mother Centre of SRD
The Mother Centre is the central core management body of Shrimad Rajchandra Divinetouch (SRD).
The Mother Centre management team has been divided function-wise, into over 8 departments, which are responsible for all core functions across the organisation; to thus help support the growth and development of centres across the world.

Centralised Management and Functions
SRD follows a centralised and standardised management structure and has processes functioning globally, across its centres. The processes and culture is maintained based on the SRD Standardised Operations Procedure (SOP) manual which helps ensure that core processes and cultures are replicated across the world.
A standardised SRD core curriculum is prepared and distributed across the network of centres which includes lesson plans, creative material, audio/video CDs, DVDs and various teaching aids produced in-house, for centres worldwide.
Centres and volunteers receive constant support and guidance for growth and development through the specially designated Centre Support and Training and Development departments.
Centre growth and management is geographically distributed across the world with regional heads that support centres, as well as regular events reporting, directly to the Mother Centre.
The Structure of SRD
Every department, in its own unique way, helps each and every sevak grow within their role, fortifying clear and concise goals and allowing for the influx of young minds and new ideas. This gives SRD the ability to have a very familial atmosphere, hence encouraging the overall advancement of the organisation. The illustration below, indicates the current structure of the SRD Core Departments.
Regular Feedback and Training
Regular information dissemination and sharing occurs through the Internal Newsletter; a 360° review culture for centres for feedback, recurrent training and annual meets; thus ensuring that the SRD family is tightly integrated and maintaining its high standards globally.
