Pujya Gurudevshri has channelised the tremendous reservoir of youth energy into seva. Gently and lovingly, He has transformed youthful selfishness into all-inclusive service. Their thirst for gratification of sensual desires has metamorphosed into a burning desire to offer themselves to serve the Mission. The youth play a major role in handling core activities of the Mission ranging from policy-making to day-to-day administration.

The Steering Committee is a judicious blend of youth and experience. Forming two-thirds of the committee, youngsters employ their fresh outlook and dynamism to frame progressive policies. These, in turn, facilitate smooth functioning and rapid growth of the mission.

Ashram Administration
Atmarpits overlook the complete administration of the Ashram. They supervise various departments like- Shibir Registration and Allotment, The Divine Shop, Library, Public Relations, Accounts, Stores, Housekeeping, Dining, and Repairs and Maintenance.

Love and Care
Members of the Shrimad Rajchandra Youthwing manage the Humanitarian, Community and Emergency Relief Care initiatives of the SRLC programme. Spirited, young sevaks thus undertake various humanitarian activities like visiting hospitals and homes for orphans, the aged, the physically challenged and the diseased. They further strive to enrich the lives of the community at large by providing infrastructural support, promoting community events etc. When calamity strikes, they get actively involved in relief work as well. The youth are also actively involved in various other SRLC initiatives like Health, Educational, Child, Women, Tribal, Animal and Environmental Care.
Gifts For A Cause
The youth create unique souvenir items for sale, designed specifically to increase one's connection with the Lord. The range of these specifically created products includes frames, mugs, calendars, jute folders, crystal cubes, chitrapats, etc. The proceeds of the sale are used for social and spiritual causes.

Event Management
The youth plan and execute various events in the Ashram including mahotsavs, workshops and festivals. They manage crucial tasks like logistics, registration, accommodation, dining facilities, water and sanitation facilities.
Organising Spiritual Tours
With infectious enthusiasm and inspiring efficiency, young sevaks regularly organise spiritual tours including dharmayatras, annual camps and retreats for the benefit of aspirants.
These enterprising youngsters proficiently take care of:

  • Registration
  • Travel and ticketing
  • Accommodation and dining facilities

They have successfully organised the Samet-Shikharji Yatra by a special train. Pilgrimages to Palitana, Girnar, Hastinapur, Ranakpur, Shravanabelagola, Shankheshwar, Vavania, Rajkot, Nadiad, Idar, Sayla; camps to Kutch Bhadreshwar, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Ranthambore etc. have also been organised.

The reach of Shrimad Rajchandra Divinetouch is now ever increasing. Most of its sevak force consists of youngsters who have shouldered the responsibility of helping children discover the treasures of spirituality from a tender age. To achieve this objective, they conduct various programmes such as Magictouch, Arhat Touch, Spiritualtouch, Samarpit shibirs etc. These enthusiastic sevaks competently handle core tasks ranging from creating the curriculum to delivering it in the classroom; from training teachers to maintaining accounts; and from designing creative content to managing information technology and logistics.
Audio-Video
Audio-video media has proved invaluable in transcending geographical and time zone boundaries to spread Pujya Gurudevshri's message to devotees all over the world. The activities of this department are managed by the youth.
At the time of each event, the young sevaks of this department can be seen spiritedly recording and webcasting the proceedings. Post-production, they administer playback and screening of these audio-visuals. They also offer their skills in the fields of animation, graphic designing, mass production and packaging of MP3s and DVDs for sale, archive maintenance and supporting activities.

The whole gamut of activities that goes into publication is ably performed by young sevaks. This includes typing, proofreading, formatting, translating and printing booklets based on Pujya Gurudevshri's pravachans. Publishing brochures, organisers and other material of the Ashram and its related endeavours is also assigned to these young sevaks.
Information Technology (IT)
The organisation's Information Technology (IT) department is managed by the S.R. Youthwing. The Ashram website acts as a gateway for spiritual aspirants across the globe to access information about Pujya Gurudevshri and the activities of the Mission. Apart from the design, development and maintenance of the website, the youth in the IT department also cater to various software needs of the organisation's departments, such as human resource management,library etc..

As the Ashram expands to accommodate an ever-increasing number of aspirants, it is the youth who contribute in managing its construction activities. Planning, designing, procurement of material and on-site supervision are among the responsibilities ably fulfilled by them.
The spacious Yajnasthal, the ingenious Swiss tents and the ahimsak Raj Upvan are shining examples of their innovativeness and dedication. These young sevaks were also blessed with the opportunity of a lifetime – to contribute in the restoration of the venerable Shri Atmasiddhishastra Rachnabhoomi in Nadiad.
